Stephanie assisted me recently with a move from Missouri to Virginia. I had been searching for months unsuccessfully when I met Stephanie and within 24 hours, she had a virtual tour scheduled at a place that met my every wish and more.

Throughout the whole process she was in constant communication. She is responsive, thoughtful, so considerate, and kind. Stephanie made my move less stressful, as I knew I had someone on the other side who had my back. I highly recommend her.

Stephanie is very professional, passionate and friendly. She is always there to answer any and all questions. She also guides you through the whole stressful homeownership process. Dealing with her has made it a lot easier to understand everything. It's been my pleasure working with her and I cant wait til I close on my new home. I would definitely recommend contacting her if your in the market to buy, sell, rent or invest in a property.

*UPDATE* 1yr later and I just closed on my new home. When it comes to being a first time home buyer, you never really know what to expect, so you need someone you can trust. Stephanie sent me market updates, monthly real estate news, and information on building my credit to have a better chance for when I started looking for a lender. She has been with me every step of the way encouraging me not to give up. Now even though she's located in the DC,, MD,, VA area and not in the same state as me, she went above and beyond to find lenders and realtors in the areas in which I was looking to buy my home. I was very pleased with the realtor she selected for me and I have now bought my first home in. I don't know about you, but I like people that are reliable, dependable, trustworthy, patient and honest and Stephanie checks all those boxes. No matter where you're located and trying to buy a home at, start with the Smiling Realtor Stephanie, cause just like me, you'll be very happy that you did.

Our experience with Stephanie aka “Smiling Realtor “ was simply amazing from start to finish. Although my wife and I officially became her client around Dec 2021, Stephanie has been helping us since Feb 2021. Not more than week went by without a check in even when we were not her client. We faced many obstacles with our lender and the loan approval process but Stephanie always seemed to be ready to do battle for us and because of that we closed On TIME!!! We were also able to get our inspection, closing, and even our moving services at very affordable rates thanks to her connections. She is the best realtor in Virginia! and we will definitely be using her services for our next home purchase. Thanks again “Smiling Realtor”.

I would be remiss if I did not share my experience with Ms Johnson. Stephanie remained the consummate professional throughout what was, at times, a very frustrating process. I was trying to privide the lender with documentation while on vacation in a different time zone. However, Stephanie remained the voice of reason and extremely helpful. She made an extraordinary home buying situation a better one. I also enjoyed working with the professionals she recommended. I would definitely work with Ms Johnson again and I can honestly highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

Stephanie is a professional and a overall class act. Five minutes after I reached out to her for assistance with looking for a short term lease, she responded to me. Within a few short hours that day, she sent me several properties to consider and once I chose my top 3, she personally researched the properties by visiting each one and provided with valuable feedback. Once I made my decision on a property, she immediately reached out to the property manager and advocated on my behalf. Stephanie also went above and beyond my expectations by meeting me at the property for a quick walk through—in spite of the horrible weather.

I am definitely using Stephenie again when I purchase my home next year, there is no other realtor I would consider. STEPHANIE IS A 5-Star realtor!
