First I want to say thank you to Stephanie for her efforts, professionalism, and outstanding service in selling my house not only for above asking and cash, but also in what amounted to a weekend!! Let me say that I am not the easiest client to have. From unrealistic expectations, to being hyper needy, to being too nosy, I have all the bad habits. Fortunately for me, they took it all in stride. Stephanie went out of her way to research my neighborhood and the market to make solid recommendations on a price. She went through my house and made clear recommendations on how to declutter and stage the house. Her photographer was outstanding, making the MLS listing and marketing materials blast off the page showing my house in its best light. During the first weekend, she kept me in the loop on the numbers of showing, how long they stayed, and any feedback given.

By the end of the weekend we had multiple offers. Stephanie reached back out to the other agents, to ensure the best and final offers would arrive by Tuesday. When we were reviewing offers, she found that one of the best offers was from someone who had not seen the house. Stephanie contacted the agent and made arrangements to give the buyers a video tour of the house. By that evening we had a signed contract, with minimal contingencies and an offer that was MUCH greater than the asking price. Over the next month, she worked closely with the buyers’ agent to make sure everything went smoothly, and that we closed early despite a tropical storm coming through the area that same week.
If you are looking to sell your house, PICK STEPHANIE!!! She is fantastic, professional, and know the market. If you are looking to buy, Stephanie is a great choice. She knows the market, she knows what it takes to make your offer the best it can be, and she will work their best to help you find your new home.
