Before entering the real estate industry, Stephanie founded, owned, and managed a successful import and wholesale company specializing in the design, sourcing, and marketing of footwear and accessories. Her work required extensive travel throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia, where she developed a deep understanding of international markets, supply chains, negotiation strategy, and cross-cultural business relationships. This global exposure shaped her ability to navigate complex transactions and serve clients with sophistication and insight—both locally and internationally.

Today, Stephanie leads a full-service brokerage focused on the marketing, leasing, and sale of residential and commercial properties. In addition to representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, she is an active real estate investor who owns and manages multifamily properties. Her hands-on experience as an investor provides clients with a practical, financial, and operational perspective that goes beyond the typical brokerage model.

Stephanie delivers exceptional representation by integrating strategic marketing, data-driven pricing, and skilled negotiation with a relationship-centered philosophy. She approaches each client with personalized guidance, genuine enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail.

A graduate of New York University, Stephanie also holds an MBA in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology. She is a strong supporter of the Port Washington Community Chest, NOSH Food Pantry, and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
