You could not ask for a better partner when searching for your home. We were looking for a home in a particular area during the recent "housing rush." Stephanie was on the job for us every day. She looked up the most obscure places and went out of the way to see that we found what we wanted. Choosing to use her service, when looking for your new home is the right move every time.

Stephanie provided us with the best home buying experience for our first home. It was really comforting having her along for the journey because she was very familiar with the city and was able to provide so much insight about different neighborhoods. She also is just very pleasant and all around fun to be around! We ended up using her to sell the same home a few years later and the process was seamless. Our home sold the first day it was on the market! She really made a process that could have been really stressful, not bad at all! Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

After interviewing three agents, I was sold on using Stephanie as the realtor I trusted. Selling a house while living in another state would be a challenge, but Stephanie was extremely helpful. She helped me find quality people to help me get the house ready. I had to replace carpet, complete an estate sale, clean out the house and make some minor repairs, and Stephanie helped me make all that happen, and the house sold very fast. Her guidance, experience and care were everything I could have asked for, and more! She was such a blessing for me in a difficult situation.
