Stephanie attended college in Phoenix majoring in Interior and Architectural Design where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree and co-owned a boutique residential home design and remodeling business. An opportunity in Real Estate presented itself and the rest is history! Stephanie is now a top-producing Arizona REALTOR, co-host to Socially Modern a top thirty-ranked podcast on Apple, and founder of Socially Modern Collective.

When Stephanie began in Real Estate, social media marketing was a tool she took to immediately scale her real estate business and offer her clients the best exposure possible. Now she is sharing her knowledge with other like-minded real estate agents across the nation who have linked arms with the Collective to grow their personal brands and businesses too.
Stephanie has called the East Valley home since she was a child, prior to that having lived in Utah, Oregon, and her home state Montana! Stephanie married an Arizona Native becoming a bonus mom to Capri and together they have two children. Scarlett and Chase Jr. - the two youngest are homeschooled by Stephanie and you will regularly find homeschool and entrepreneurship tips within her content!
