Stephanie Mattingly

I studied Marketing at the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!). My husband and I moved to Atlanta after college and we loved Hotlanta but longed for less traffic and more quality family time. We moved to the great city of Louisville in 1998 and it was one of the best decisions we ever made!

We are truly blessed to have three smart, beautiful children. Katie is a UK graduate and adulting in Cincinnati, Lily attends UK, and Ben is a senior at Trinity High School and will be a UK Wildcat in the fall of 2020.

We love to travel! I love to talk about our experiences traveling and I'm always looking for a new adventure so share with me your favorite places to travel!

My passion is and always has been real estate. In 2006, I got my real estate license and consistently have been one of the top producing realtors in Greater Louisville. I specialize in residential relocations, real estate investment as well as representing sellers and buyers locally. My listing strategies are innovative and take full advantage of technology for nationwide exposure. I got HGTV's attention and had the privilege of working on three episodes of "My House is Worth What?" and "House Hunters."

I am also a Certified Residential Specialist. CRS agents are among the top 3 percent of all real estate agents in the U.S. They have more experience, education and training than the average REALTOR® and are members of a community of agents dedicated to improving the real estate industry for homebuyers and sellers everywhere.
