Stephanie McGowan

Stephanie McGowan has been involved in real estate as a career for over fifteen years, beginning by creating a strong foundation in the title insurance industry. Stephanie originally started in the Los Angeles submarket, but quickly transitioned to both East and West Coast transactions. After a successful career in the title insurance business, Stephanie transitioned into sales in the New York and New Jersey markets, working with many developers, including the acquisition of The Sugar House, the first high-end luxury waterfront development along New Jersey’s "Gold Coast". Stephanie relocated to Los Angeles, and began working as an in-house agent at the Landes Group, a private real estate investment firm headquartered in Dallas that specializes in acquiring, repositioning, and disposing of single-tenant net lease (STNL) assets. During her tenure at the Landes Group, she sold and sourced STNL properties for them throughout the country. Stephanie then decided she would like to continue and expand her brokerage business in commercial real estate, and has since joined Commercial Brokers International. Stephanie will be focusing on STNL sales throughout the United States, as well as leasing opportunities within the greater Los Angeles Metroplex.
