Stephanie is the best. A few weeks ago, we noticed a "for sale" sign go up on the property behind us. We called Stephanie immediately and were one of three bids within 24 hours of the listing. We won the bid because of Stephanie. She did an amazing job. This is our second purchase with Stephanie. She assisted us, from out of state, via FaceTime, two years ago to purchase our primary home in Hampton Cove. I cannot imagine using anyone else as our agent in the future.

Stephanie has helped us buy and sell our first home as well as work as our buyer's agent on our new build. Without her we would have been lost. She really helped make sure we were taken care of and all contracts were correct. She made sure the builder was communicating as planned, because they were not. Stephanie McGuire has represented me as a buyer on three home purchases in the greater Huntsville area this year. I currently live in another state, but will be moving to Alabama once I sell my local real estate. Stephanie was also the listing agent on the first AL home that I purchased, and she adeptly handled the job of dual agent, and represented me wonderfully, while caring for her seller as well. I learned many things about my historic home that I would not have known, had Stephanie not told me about the home, and connected me with the seller. I gained much added value having her represent me, and she made the transaction go so smoothly and politely, -what a wonderful way to purchase my special home. In subsequent transactions, as I purchased several income properties, Stephanie was quick to write an offer for me on competitive properties, following up and connecting with the seller's agent, and assisting me to have the chosen offer on multiple occasions.

Stephanie is responsive, calm and kind. She is a pleasure to work with, and I can count on her to represent me well. Not only does she get my offers presented on high interest properties, but she assists me to know how to structure my offers, and she guides me so that I feel informed and confident when offering to purchase a property, sometimes not having seen it in person, given my location.

One of the things I like most about Stephanie, is that she is always professional and always respectful and polite. She converses in this manner to everyone I've heard her connect with, and I really appreciate that she does so when she represents me. I think the representation that you choose, especially making offers from another state, is so important. Stephanie appears to get her calls returned by people in the business and trades, and I think that's because of how respectful she is. I like the fact that often, the first impression of me that someone in AL receives, is interacting with my courteous and professional agent. In turn, I am then well received.

I was literally about to lose my mind. Everything that could go wrong was. I had been trying to sell my home by owner for months due to the need to save money. Divorce, illness, and 100 other things had happened and I was ready to break. I called Stephanie and she was able to sell my house THE FIRST DAY OVER ASK ALL CASH OFFER!
