Stephanie Mitchell

A native of Rutherford County, Stephanie Mitchell has always felt a strong sense of the community. Stephanie always enjoyed real estate and decided to pursue a career with Comas Montgomery Realty & Auction Co., Inc. She is a licensed Affiliate Broker for the state of Tennessee and a licensed Auctioneer. She also is the Auction Marketing Director and supervises the production and placement of millions of dollars of advertising and promotional material for numerous auction events each year. Stephanie has received awards for Auction of the Year in 2006, 2008, and 2009, as well as 7 Sales Achievement Awards from $2 Million to $11 Million from 2004 to 2011. She has been recognized as a guest speaker at multiple conferences (including the National Auctioneers Association and Marknet Alliance) covering such topics as Online Real Estate Auctions and Auction Technology. She has also served on the board for the Middle Tennessee Auction Council. Since her start with Comas Montgomery Realty & Auction Co., Inc. she has marketed over $100 million in sales.
