Stephanie Nelson Pondrom

Stephanie Nelson Pondrom is a dedicated St Louis area realtor who believes property ownership is the best means to building equity, stability, and community. She grew up with a family of 5 in an historic house while it was being renovated and learned to appreciate the inner workings of building construction as well as the pride in a family home (which her parents still own!).

Stephanie now lives in her own renovated house and has a family of her own. She is pleased to be able to share her knowledge of the St Louis region, it's neighborhood specific building stock, and her keen sense of connecting specific buyer to the perfect property for their needs. Her specialties include St Louis region property listings and purchase, and her keen ability to negotiate and oversee transactions in a 'high touch' fashion makes home buying and selling as straightforward and personable as possible.
