accompany you to Open Houses/Showings. Or view the property when you are unavailable (I'll send you notes/photos so you can view at your leisure).
SELLERS, as your agent, you can expect that I will:
market your home using various effective systems to bring in buyers;
conduct CMAs to list it at the best price;
negotiate with buyers' to ensure your home sells for top value;
help find title companies to help the closing process go smoothly;
give expert advice about how to stage your home and other preparations to ensure activity;
conduct Open Houses;
take 'cold calls' to show your house 7 days a week
