Stephanie Overton

Stephanie Overton is a Georgia native and has been an Atlanta area resident since 2003. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance and an associate’s degree in business administration. She has worked in the home building business for 15 years. She worked as a Purchasing Agent for national homebuilders. As a Purchasing Agent, she learned how to be detail-oriented, proactive, an active listener, and a skilled negotiator.

As your real estate agent, Stephanie will be an advocate for you. She will work tirelessly to promote your best interest in all processes. Using state-of-the-art technology, superior marketing materials, and agent collaboration, she helps her sellers get the best price in the least amount of time. Being a skilled negotiator and using the best market data, helps her to assist you in being a well-informed buyer.

Stephanie understands the stress that comes along with buying or selling. As a full-time real estate agent, she will work hard to help lower that stress level to make the experience as seamless as possible. Constant communication is key for this to be achieved.

When not assisting clients, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and their son, visiting family, traveling, and spending time on their boat on Lake Lanier.
