She was born and raised in Germany, so Stephanie speaks both German and English fluently. After working for 16 years as a paralegal for patent attorneys she decided to take her knowledge and experience in the legal field and bring it into the real estate world. This helps her navigate through the legal documents with ease thereby helping her clients understand the meaning and consequences of the documents they are signing.

Stephanie began her real estate business in 2009 in a very tough market and has learned the skills necessary to succeed. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers alike, striving to make the process of buying or selling a home as easy as possible. Taking the pressure off her clients is what Stephanie does best - she gets paid to ride the roller coaster, her clients simply have to relax and wait in line!

She is a trained Relocation Specialist, which means she helps corporate clients move their transferees into and out of Washington State. By doing so, she takes on the additional challenge of making people from all over the world feel at home in the beautiful Northwest. Her own move from Germany to Washington has taught her to appreciate the wonderful state we are living in, and she can share her experience, enthusiasm, and knowledge with others.
Stephanie has recently completed extensive training and now holds the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Virtually every aspect of real estate involves negotiation of some sort making this one of the most valuable designations to have.
