Stephanie Partain

Hello, my name is Stephanie Partain, Principal Broker and the Owner of Partain Properties, LLC. Stephanie was born and raised, in the Pacific NW, where she married her husband Dean and helped raise their four children. For close to 20 years, Stephanie has been working in the real estate industry. Stephanie started her real estate career in 2006, with REMAX Equity group, and a few years later moved to a smaller company that specialized in REO’s and Foreclosures. This move helped Stephanie learn a specialized niche in distressed properties, including foreclosures. Stephanie's husband, who is a general contractor, also started learning the business of foreclosures, and they have flipped approximately 50 distressed properties over the years. At the end of 2011, Stephanie started her own brokerage, Partain Properties, LLC., and has continued to gain knowledge in new areas and work with new buyers/sellers, and past clients.

Stephanie has not only specialized in distressed properties, working with, and educating investors on how to buy and sell foreclosed properties, listing REO’s (bank owned properties), Stephanie has collaborated with many buyers and sellers throughout her career. Stephanie prides herself on educating both sides (buying and selling), while communicating every step of the way. There is a process to both sides of real estate, and educating her clients is Stephanie's number one priority. Whether it is helping the sellers establish the best price and marketing strategy for their listing, or to educate her first-time homeowners on the home buying process to successfully purchase their first home, Stephanie embraces it all. However, the most important thing for Stephanie as a real estate broker, is to make every transaction a WIN WIN for everyone involved, including the opposite side.
