Stephanie Richey

Stephanie has enthusiastically served Virginia buyers and sellers since 2013. Prior to selling real estate, she worked in Market Development for Mobil Oil and Volvo Cars of North America.

As a native of Arlington and lifelong area resident, Stephanie has a vast knowledge of the housing market and neighborhoods of the region. She enjoys the process of helping her clients find homes and completing one of the most significant purchases of their life as well as helping sellers prepare their homes for the market and having a successful transaction. Her dedication, professionalism, and expertise have earned her the trust of her clients, as they know that she takes every transaction she does personally as if she were buying or selling the property herself. Stephanie strives to make the home buying and selling experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible for her clients.

Stephanie currently resides in McLean. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is active in the McLean and Arlington communities.
