Stephanie Savides started SAVIDES REAL ESTATE in February, 2010. She has been a licensed real estate broker since 1994 and has worked full time as a realtor since 2003. Prior to starting her own company, she worked at Cashin Company (now Compass) in Menlo Park and Portola Valley, and Keller Williams Realty in Menlo Park.
Savides Real Estate is a boutique residential real estate company providing high quality, personalized service to buyers and sellers in Menlo Park, Atherton, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Portola Valley, Woodside, and surrounding areas of the Silicon Valley. She also covers Napa Valley, primarily the areas near Yountville.
Stephanie has lived on the Mid-Peninsula her entire life and is a local expert. She grew up in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills, graduated from Gunn High School in Palo Alto, Stanford University, and Santa Clara University School of Law. She has owned houses in Menlo Park since 1993 and currently resides in Central Menlo Park.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Stephanie practiced ten years as an attorney. As a litigator and transactional attorney at Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel, Inc. law firm in San Jose, she gained valuable experience in business and real estate transactions and litigation, mortgage banking, tax and estate planning. As an in-house real estate attorney for The Gap, Inc., she negotiated and drafted commercial leases and other complex real estate contracts for the Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy.
Stephanie has also achieved success throughout her life as an athlete. In tennis, she was the #1 ranked Northern California junior player in every age division and top ranked open player. At Stanford she was Team Captain, All-American in singles and doubles, finalist in the NCAA doubles championship, and winner of three NCAA team championships, clinching the winning match in two of those. She was also an Academic All-American. After college, Stephanie traveled worldwide on the pro tennis circuit where she competed at such tournaments as Wimbledon, the French Open and the Australian Open and achieved a career high world ranking of #263 in singles and #174 in doubles.
In recent years, she has competed in endurance sports, including century bike rides, marathons, half-marathons, and Olympic distance triathlons. Highlights include placing among the top 20 women runners in Bay to Breakers, winning the Treasure Island International Triathlon mixed relay as the runner, completing the 130 mile Markleeville Death Ride in cycling, and qualifying for and completing the Boston Marathon.
As a realtor, Stephanie has consistently been a top performer. She has a strong network of other realtors to collaborate with and transact business both on and off market. She is highly regarded among her peers for her integrity, professionalism, and efficiency, and her ability to get the job done. Stephanie has outstanding success prevailing in highly competitive multiple offer situations when representing the buyers. She especially enjoys working with buyers and sharing her extensive knowledge of the area and neighborhoods, negotiating the best possible deal, and counseling them through the buying process.
