I don't even really know where to start or how to even compliment Stephanie for the job that she did in helping us find a place for my mother. We relocated her from Ohio to Florida and were absolutely dreading the entire process of finding a place due to the Florida real estate market.. Stephanie located some and we were able to make an offer on the 2nd place we saw on the very 1st day going out. Stephanie is a true professional and I have dealt with over 30 real estate transactions in my lifetime and she by far stands at the top of the list and professionalism sense of humor and ability to get the job done. There are a lot of huge companies out there that do real estate and you're just treated like a transaction . With Stephanie you are treated like family. I urge you to go and see her, you will be blown away with her ability.

Our realtor, Regina, was very knowledgeable, and professional. She knew the area, our property, and what buyers were looking for. She brought in potential buyers who were interested in our type of home. She didn't waste our time just showing our home to anybody and everybody. I cannot say any better words about Stephanie. She has been with us since the day one we appointed her to be our realtor. I have filtered many real estate to work on selling our home setting up a phone interview, doing the comp, and chat to get the sense of our potential relationships. Ultimately, I chose her.
