It was my lucky day when Stephanie responded to my inquiry from a Realtor.com listing! From the very beginning of the process, she was helpful and patient in answering all of my questions regarding selling my home and purchasing a condo. Her “seller’s” guide was easy to understand, organized, and full of tips and info to make my house look appealing and pleasing to prospective buyers. For the condo search, she always made herself available to view any condo of interest to me or any that matched my criteria and wish list. When I started to get a little frustrated that I wasn’t finding the right condo property and I mentioned considering one that really wasn’t for me, one of her best pieces of advice for me was to NOT TO SETTLE. She was absolutely right, of course. By not settling and being patient, I found a condo that was the right size, price and location for me. Stephanie was also spot-on regarding the home that I was selling. I had doubts about the asking price but she really knew her stuff about the current market and how to price my home. She was absolutely correct about that, too, and my house sold very quickly.
If I ever need a realtor in the future, I would not hesitate for even a split second to call Stephanie again. Her friendly personality, responsiveness, knowledge of the market and area, and professionalism were impressive. She was a pleasure to work with and to get to know. I highly recommend Stephanie!

Working with Stephanie took all of hte concern and guess work out of selling our home. When we found a home we couldn't pass on, not only did we have to get ours on the market quick, but we also had to move wuickly on securing the other home. She made this process as painless as possible and I turly appreciated her attention to detail and overall professionalism with the entire transaction!

Stephanie was amazing when we purchased our forever home. It was our first home purchase using a realtor and as stressful as the home buying process is, we had the ease of knowing we were in good hands. I think Stephanie knew what we wanted more than we did because she matched us with the perfect home in the perfect area. As much as we don’t want to move again, we will definitely work with Stephanie in the future if we ever do!
