I learned about Stephanie McFearin from the the Chamber of Commerce webpage in Solon, Ohio. My daughter was looking for an apartment in Solon; we live in Rochester, NY. Coming from another state, we were having trouble finding possible apartments and we were on a tight schedule. As soon as I contacted Stephanie, she immediately came to our aid. She was wonderful! Not only did she find out about possible apartments for us to tour, but she was happy to answer my questions about securing an apartment. She was so reachable! I highly recommend Stephanie if you're buying or selling a home. She's very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the ins and outs of buying and selling a home. She's always available and responds promptly to phone calls and text messages. She gives good advise and was very amenable to our needs.

In November, when the housing market was still on fire, my offer competed against 6 other offers. The seller accepted mine thanks to Stephanie. She urged me to submit an offer that was $15,000 above the asking price, higher than the price I chose but still within my price range, and to include an even higher escalation clause.
