About Stephanie

Raised a military brat, Stephanie’s love of real estate started at an early age as she moved from state to state, home to home, and took a keen interest in the whole process. Landing in Arizona, she attended ASU and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business. After several years as a Medical Marketing Director, she decided it was time to leverage her strong customer service and marketing background and follow her dream of becoming a realtor. Over sixteen years later she never looked back! Her market knowledge, military precision, and making client happiness her personal mission, has resulted in repeat referrals and relationships for life.

Having lived in Arcadia for 20 years, there is no other neighborhood in the valley Stephanie would want to be. From the restaurants, the arts, and the awesome neighborhood schools, Stephanie and her husband Gary, a small business owner himself, love all things local. Their daughter, Sophie, is a 13-year-old Ingleside Trojan and their son, Hudson, is a 9-year-old Hopi Hawk. The Tarrs are truly proud to call Arcadia their home.
