Stephanie is a seasoned real estate professional with a wealth of experience and expertise. Licensed since 2007 and a Real Estate Broker since 2014, she brings extensive knowledge in both new construction and existing home sales. Her deep understanding of market trends and property values equips her to provide clients with valuable insights and tailored advice, ensuring informed decision-making in their real estate ventures. As the Managing Broker for Realtypath Summit & Pro offices in Ogden, Utah, Stephanie oversees over 100 full-time agents. She has a proven track record of managing a new construction sales team and serving as the exclusive agent for Ogden City’s Redevelopment Department. Her exceptional performance places her consistently in the top 1% of agents within a brokerage of over 1,100 professionals and in the top 10% of an association with over 2,500 members. Stephanie's leadership extends beyond her brokerage. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors and was President of the association in 2022. She is also an active participant on the Utah Association of Realtors® Board of Directors and the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Her achievements include being featured in Top Agent Magazine in 2018, receiving the Broker of the Year award in 2019 and 2022, Realtor of the Year award in 2023, and earning numerous National designations and certifications such as Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Certified Luxury Home Expert Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Military Relocation Professional, and The NAR's Commitment to Excellence Endorsement.
