Stephanie helped us purchase our first home, then sell that home, and then purchase our second home - all during COVID. Working with her really feels like a partnership. All transactions went very smoothly, it was truly incredible. Stephanie is super knowledgeable and dedicated, constantly attentive to what was happening with us as buyers, and also with the other parties involved in the transactions. She was able to navigate a uncertain and confusing real estate market during the pandemic. Because of her long real estate career in the Bay Area, she knows a lot of other realtors, and we experienced how her connections helped us get early information on upcoming houses. Stephanie is very attentive and communicative, and always stayed two steps ahead. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our real estate transactions. We highly recommend Stephanie!

Stephanie turned what seemed like a pipe dream into a reality.

Growing up in California and seeing the prices of homes I never believed I would be able to afford the home- I envisioned for my family in the Bay Area. Out of curiosity, knowing that she had a wealth of experience in the field, I reached out to her to see what I might need in the future to get a home and see how far away that would be (I truly envisioned in the next three years). To my absolute surprise, she let me know that my dream was so much closer than I thought!

Buying a home for the first time can be so daunting. Stephanie did a phenomenal job educating me on our family’s options to finance and purchase our home. She addressed all of our concerns, let us know about the expected fees, the unexpected fees, what was important to look for in our home, and was open and transparent with us with all the negotiations as we searched for homes together.

Lastly, and what was most important to me, she was a part of our family during this entire exciting-yet sometimes stressful process. When we had questions, she was a phone call away. When there were papers to sign, checks to write, she set us up for success and made sure we were never in a situation where we weren’t sure of what was going on. When we were outbid on potential homes-she was a beacon of positivity, helping us to continue with on the search for our future dream house, and with her assistance- we did just that!

My wife and I started our house search in December 2019, after being renters in the Bay Area for 9 years. We spent years saving and getting our finances in order when the Bay Area started to get really expensive at the beginning of the tech boom. We knew we had a smaller budget to work with being first time home buyers, but still wanted something special.

We met Stephanie at the first house we visited and from that moment on, we knew she was exceptional! She understood our desire to find our perfect home and gave us the tools and information we needed to make that happen. We looked at all types of houses in all types of neighborhoods around the Bay. With every house we saw together, we learned something new, and refined our criteria and polished our skills for what we were looking for. Stephanie was so supportive and when we would fall in love with a house, to only be out bid, she encouraged us to keep looking- telling us, "Your house is out there, and it will find you."

After going to a dozen open houses, our home finally appeared! It was everything we were looking for in a home and more! Everything fell right into place with the buyer and financing because Stephanie had set us up for success from day one. All of her guidance and business connections made our first time home buying experience seamless and easy. She worked day and night to thoroughly process the paperwork and review every detail to complete our close in a record 14 days!

Now, after living in our new home for 2 months and moving just days before the Covid-19 pandemic and shelter-in-place orders, Stephanie continues to stay in touch. She checks in on us like we're family, making sure we're safe and doing well during this crazy time in the world. We can't imaging going through this huge life changing experience of buying our first home with anyone else! Stephanie is truly amazing, and someone you want on your side.
