Stephanie grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana, and attended Southern Methodist University on a full tennis scholarship. While at SMU, she was a dedicated and nationally ranked student-athlete and earned a degree in business. After graduation, Stephanie worked for a real estate land development company as a project manager and developed subdivisions in Dallas, Phoenix, and the San Francisco area.
Stephanie has lived in Little Rock for 25 years, and she has been successfully selling real estate for over ten years. Throughout her real estate career, she has always held the same philosophy: It is all about the clients. Her thoughtful attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the home buying and selling process provide clients with the best possible outcome in achieving their real estate goals.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys cycling, running, playing golf and tennis, spending time with her three children, and volunteering with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Stephanie’s entire family has worked in the real estate business, and she loves working with her mom, Sue Fess. They often collaborate, combining their real estate knowledge and skills to create a dynamic mother-daughter duo.
