Everyone else has used up all the "above and beyond" adjectives to describe how fantastic Stephanie Ulrich is at selling houses. She sold both my aging parent's homes in record time for well over what I expected in market value. What a blessing! I'm a pretty sharp cookie and I know when someone is sent from heaven to help. I knew from the very first conversation with Stephanie that she was heaven sent for me! Lord bless her soul and her family for she blessed mine! -

Stephanie is..., well, first let's say what she's not: she's not lazy; she's not lost in space; she's not amateurish; she's not passive; she's not impersonal! Stephanie is a breath of fresh air in the Real Estate market. Her professionalism, knowledge, resourcefulness, diligence, and reliability are simply amazing. Stephanie communicates well and often regarding the status of the property and dealings with the other side of the transaction. She is a straight talker about estimated property values, market conditions, likely scenarios, and what it will take to get a deal done. I listened to her thoughts about the property I was selling. We listed it, and had two offers on the first day, both above asking. She worked like a bulldog to move the transaction to closing, having to overcome several obstacles with the buyer's lender and the HOA. You will not go wrong by selecting Stephanie to be your realtor!

Stephanie was, hands down, the BEST possible realtor we could've used for the purchase of our first home! She is extremely knowledgeable on the area we purchased in, very responsive for any questions we had, and we ended up in our dream first home due to her going to bat for my husband and I! We had a small snag in our VA loan process just a few days before we were supposed to close, and Stephanie went above and beyond to work with our loan company, and even used her own personal connections to get us into our home! If you're new to the Huntsville area, or even just looking to relocate in town, Stephanie is THE realtor to use! LOVE HER

Stephanie was a GOD SEND!! We are new to the Huntsville area and were already very overwhelmed with what buying a home in an unfamiliar city would look like but Stephanie took all those fears away from the second we first spoke on the phone. What can I say about this lady? She was awesome from start to finish! Her network of vendors and contractors made everything so much smoother. She took almost all the stress off me to sale my home. She negotiated like a tiger protecting her cubs and she came through over and over! We have already used her again and other family members have as well. But I’ll tell you my experience anyway. I’ve gone through the home buying and selling process in support of my friends many times in multiple states. I’ve seen some good and bad realtors but Stephanie Ulrich is a whole different breed of excellence that you won’t find anywhere else.

Stephanie Ulrich of Capstone Realty with The Stephens Group was not just my realtor. She was a fighter for me, a new friend, a real super hero, a role model of how every mom wishes she could be juggling a highly demanding working life and a highly demanding family life. She’s strong, honest, upfront and real with you and the other side of the deal. She’s local and knows the area well. She knows how to read people and how to make things happen.

In my case, I was buying my first home as a single mom with two kids and a dog. I was coming from out of town to relocate to an area of Alabama of which I’d never been in. I chose it for the schools, work and other opportunities but over all to be closer to my family, but they were still over an hour away. We stayed in a tent or a camper to save money while we searched for a home.

The market was crazy, but from the beginning, Stephanie was on top if everything. Every morning we toured she had a schedule for me lined up. As I was looking at one house, she was still on her phone looking for more. She walked through the house with me and made suggestions or gave me ideas for each home too. She was always “present” but still making things happen behind the scenes.

I had a VA backed loan and she and the team knew what houses would qualify and what wouldn’t. When we put offers in she was quick on her feet to get papers ready for me to sign and submit. She explained things to me. Sometimes she explain things to me more than once because I have memory issues and she was never irritated with me over having to do that. If she didn’t have the answer she was quick to find one.

I was scared, nervous, confused, timid, and at times even confrontational going into this alone. But Stephanie reassure me the whole way. With Stephanie at my side, I didn’t feel alone anymore. She had my back. She listen to what I wanted and what my kids wanted in a home and she made it happen. Even when I got overwhelmed she was more like my best friend, than my realtor helping my through my worries and anxiety of this big step in my life. She knew my heart. Stephanie is professional in every way possible, but she’s real with you and I loved that. She made her work with me like it was a personal goal of hers and although I knew she had other clients both buying and selling, she made me feel like I was the only person she was working for as a client.

I had the most unique buying experience she’s probably ever seen, mostly because of the buyer’s situation, and she stayed in my corner and never gave up even when I considered it. After this process, I will forever recommend ONLY Stephanie and the Stephens team as the only trustworthy realtors in town…. In all of Alabama really and that’s saying a lot, because I chose to stay with Stephanie (and the rest of the Stephens group with Capstone Realty) over using the 4 local realtors in my own family.
