Stephanie Walls

I have been a Rogue Valley resident since 1989. I began my finance career in the auto industry. It was during this time that I was introduced to Mortgage Lending. This experience allowed me to become familiar with market trends, and the inner workings of real estate sales and mortgage lending. I obtained my Real Estate Broker license in March of 2011 and have enjoyed success ever since.
I am the proud mother of two beautiful daughters, as well as my beloved Boxers; Loki, Phineas, Philo, Phergus, and my beloved Penelope. I am devoted to the Boxer breed and am an active member of Northwest Boxer Rescue. Like most Italians, I am a hardcore soccer fan. My favorite teams being Napoli (Forzza Azzurri!) and Barcelona. I speak conversational Italian, and some Spanish and French as well. My daughters & I are world travelers and have visited many countries in Europe & the Americas, yet continue to find wonder and enjoyment in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
I specialize in listing & buyer representation of Residential Real Estate, with a focus on Luxury, Rural Estates, and Horse Properties.
My love for Southern Oregon is one reason I am passionate about my job. I find great enjoyment in welcoming new residents to our beautiful valley, as well as assisting locals in obtaining the American Dream of home ownership.
