Omg how can I express how amazing my experience with Stephanie was! Not only was our process smooth and incredibly quick, I was given all the information and more up front to help us make the best decisions. Stephanie also worked her magic to get us the most we could get for our home purchase. With us moving from another state Stephanie also kept us informed and coordinated everything for us! Stephanie has been our realtor twice; for one purchase and one sell. She is absolutely wonderful! Stephanie is professional, communicative, honest and motivated. Stephanie is HANDS DOWN the best agent I have EVER worked with. She's helped me purchase and sell 2 homes, one in Phoenix and one in Maricopa (city). She made both the buying and selling process as painless as she could. Selling a home is one of the worst experiences that I've ever gone through. She kept calm and handled everything smoothly while helping me to get through some very tough situations. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Finding a real estate agent that you can trust is a very very difficult thing to do. If you read this review, please know that you will not be disappointed.

We are first time home buyers. We follow Dave Ramsey, and, therefore debt-free. So, finding someone who understood that was a non-negotiable.
Stephanie Watkins was referred to me by the Ty Green Group. She contacted us right away, asked all those pertinent questions (location, size, rooms, bath, yard, etc) and setup our FlexMLS account. This was way back in April. It seemed like we were going to be professional house lookie-loos forever.
But, we finally saved enough, and in the middle of July we went to look at our first house ever!
Stephanie was with us every step of the way, answering every little question I had. She even explained more than what I asked which helped me understand even more of the process. Example: I asked about when the down payment is paid. She said at closing but also added in about the earnest deposit, which I would not have known.
I knew if I emailed or text her, she would respond promptly. But, I also respected her own family time as well.
We visited homes for a week before we put an offer on the very first house we toured. Our offer was accepted, and we moved in last week! Stephanie gave us a welcome home basket which included a personalized item which we love and have displayed with like items in our hallway. It was so thoughtful.
Stephanie is also very personable, friendly, and patient. I felt like she was in this, helping us get to the end goal, and not trying to get us to buy the product! She cares about each of her clients.
It’s clear from looking at her CB site she has listings all over both valleys, and her business will continue to grow.
I hope if we buy again, she’ll be available. We will also continue to refer to friends and family who are starting their own home buying process.
