Stephanie was my realtor the second time around as I needed to relocate back closer to my village. The process was smooth and we were quickly able to find a home in our budget, close to family, and in a safe neighborhood. Stephanie helped me buy two homes in two years and I'm extremely grateful for her professionalism, friendship, and expertise. If you're looking for a realtor in NC Stephanie is your girl.

Stephanie and I started my home process in February of 2022. She and I had a phone conversation and we went over all the beginning stages of what I should do. The information I learned was awesome. We continued the search for a home and she did not give up on finding something that provided all my needs. We agreed to go with a new built home and I am so happy we did. The process was a little stressful but, nothing that Stephanie could not handle and she was with me every step of the way. Not only is she great her assistant Ranesha have been too. She sends out emails weekly to make sure everything was in order. Things I didn’t think about Ranesha was on it. With the help of them both I will be closing on my home within the next week. So, if someone asked if I recommend Stephanie and her team to provide your home buying/selling needs my answer would be absolutely!

When I was in search of a realtor, I was looking for that special someone who met my personal criteria. I had no idea that and so much more. From the first day that I spoke with Stephanie of Next Move Realty and later met her in person, I knew she would be the realtor that would go over and beyond. While she may say she’s only doing her job, I was impressed by her level of professionalism and style.

Stephanie is an up front, supportive, and hard working Agent. She laid things out from the beginning. She surrounds herself with other like minded professionals that make an awesome team . She is willing to connect you with these professionals ( Lender, appraisers, ect.) or seamlessly work with the ones you choose. She is approachable and real.
