You simply cannot find a more knowledgeable or dedicated realtor in this area. Stephanie is hands down the best. She’s incredibly easy to work with, extremely hardworking and makes the whole home buying process smoother. She listens carefully, advocates for her clients, and has tons of connections with (and is highly respected by) other realtors and those in industries which support homeowners. I’ve referred her to several friends and all have had the same extraordinary experience. She’s the one to call!

In 2021 we were searching for our new home in Florida. It was an out of state move for our family and ALL our animals. We found Stephanie as the sellers agent on the listing. After talking with her on the phone we decided to have her act as the buyers agent too! We had 100% confidence in her handling of the inspections, communication and coordination of handling the paperwork too. She was extremely thorough. Once we left Colorado and our closing was getting closer her communication and details were exactly what we needed to have the closing go smoothly. We cannot thank Stephanie enough! During a time when our family’s entire world was upside down she maintained order. Without Stephanie I do not think we would have had such a smooth transaction.

Within the first week after the sale there was an unknown grey water tank that decided to spring up. We showed Stephanie the damage and she helped up negotiate with the sellers, put us in contact with a septic company and made sure we were satisfied with the end results. We couldn’t have been more pleased that she was our go between with the sellers. She made sure to protect our best interests too.

Thank you Stephanie for everything you do for your clients! If we ever decide to move you are the only one we would trust again.

Stephanie came highly recommended to my husband and I by our mortgage lender. The exact words used were “she would be perfect for you guys”. I’m a pretty skeptical person so these were pretty strong words. But, he was right. Stephanie is very friendly and outgoing but not pushy. She listens to what you want and need and works hard to meet those requirements. She is always professional and very experienced and knowledgeable. My husband and I have owned homes before and both know what it’s like to rush into something that is not a good fit. Stephanie was able to answer all of our questions and was always accessible by phone, text or email. Stephanie has very good working relationships with many different people related to your home buying journey so she can recommend a quality person for just about anything whether it is insurance or home repair. Stephanie made the process easy and very manageable even with our hectic and odd works schedules she was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone purchasing a home.

Stephanie is hands down the BEST Realtor out there!! If you are trying to buy or sell a home she is your go to lady! Stephanie helped me find my lovely home and while I was terrified to start(being a first time home buyer and all), Stephanie made the process a breeze and we were even able to close in just 3 weeks! My daughter and I have used Stephanie for both buying and selling our home. She was truly wonderful. She gave advice, solved problems that arose, and provided encouragement when needed. Her marketing plan of the property created an instant “buzz” for our house which turned into immediate showings and offers. I believe she got us the highest offer we could’ve gotten. She has a team of people who can provide financing, inspections, repairs, painting and cleaning. Her knowledge and professionalism made it easy to trust her. And she didn’t disappoint. She has a reputation of being easy to work with that makes transactions with other agents seamless.
Her warm and open personality wins everyone over quickly. She quickly becomes a friend, but maintains transactional control and objectivity. Whether you're buying or selling, Stephanie Wise is hands down the best realtor out there! Her knowledge of the real estate market is extensive. My husband and I were first-time home buyers and were somewhat intimidated by the process, but she made it a painless experience. From start to finish she went the extra mile for us! Short version. Stephanie Wise is amazing, wonderful, fantastic and the hardest working woman I know. If you need an honest realtor who will work with you and not just PUSH you along the process so they can get paid, Stephanie Wise is your new realtor!

Long Version.
I have known Stephanie through her work and a little personal for a number of years. I do not think there is a better person out there to have as your realtor and/or as a friend.
My wife has been through some medical issues, so we have had to put off owning a home for some time. Stephanie has been there, not bringing any pressure, but keeping us in mind. During that time, Stephanie helped three of our best friends either sell/buy their houses, helped a couple of family members own a home and countless other super feats!
Just recently, my wife and I were in a position to maybe start looking at purchasing our first home. We called Stephanie and sat down with her to see where we were debt wise and if we could pull this off. Stephanie had us sit down her and with Brian at Cross Country Mortgage and look at finances. It was possible!
Stephanie asked what we were looking for, two story or single, yard size, etc...and then listened to what we were looking for. In no time, she had six listings for us to look at.
We scheduled to see them all and she went with us and walked us through, gave us advice, and listened as we asked all the questions she has heard before for years! Did I mention she was patient with her clients? SO patient. To her, there is never a dumb question about buying a home. Ask away!!
We found a house we wanted and she helped walk us through the whole process, never once waived from the task at hand!
Home buying., A process that everyone I've heard from said was rough or a nightmare, felt like a breeze with Stephanie Wise at the helm.
I know this all sounds too good to be true, and you're probably thinking, she is a friend and he is doing this just to be nice But even knowing we were going to talk to Stephanie, I dreaded this and wanted to crawl back into my rental hole and pull the covers over my head,and I'm 47 years old!! Stephanie Wise is the reason we are not renting and my fears were squashed.
First time home buyers, seasoned home buyers, whatever your level, Stephanie Wise is the realtor who will get everything done for you. She is not pushy and looking for the fast buck, she loves what she does and it shows!
