I recently used Park 46 Real Estate to purchase my new home, as well as to sell my former home. I learned of Park 46 Real Estate when I sought out the Real Estate Broker (Stephany Jenkins) who had assisted me with my last two real estate purchases (a triplex rental property and my former home). Stephany last helped me about 7 years ago when she was with Sotheby's. When I called her old office I learned she had opened her own brokerage and decided to follow her there. Stephany has now helped me with 6 real estate transactions over a 10 year period. My repeat patronage of her services demonstrates my high satisfaction of her work. Stephany has time and again proven to be hard working, extremely knowledgeable in the housing market, professional, good with communication (ie with potential buyers, service workers, other side's agents), friendly with a great attitude, and seems to genuinely care about her clients needs and wants. In all of my dealings with Stephany, she has obtained the highest price possible for the properties I've sold. She has also been great with getting the best possible deals when purchasing. There was a bidding war for my current home, which my wife, daughter and I did not want to lose and with Stephany's help we were able to purchase the house. My recent sale and purchase overlapped and was a very stressful time for my wife and I. Stephany's knowledge, experience, and network of ancillary contacts (stagers, home inspection company, painters, contractors, insurance agents, etc.) made the process go as smooth as possible. Stephany used her decades of experience to let us know how to strategically prepare our former home for sale. She gave insightful (and money saving) recommendations as to which repairs we should make and which we could choose to not make in order to get the best possible buyer responses to our listing for the least cost to us. The stager she used to prepare our house did an amazing job and made the home look amazing. The photographer she used, along with the staging, resulted in pictures that looked like they came out of a home magazine spread. She was able to secure all of the service providers needed (painters, contractors, pest control, home inspectors, stagers, photographer, etc) and to schedule all that had to be done so that everything worked out at seamless as possible. Stephany was very responsive and reassuring throughout the entire process. Her grit and resourcefulness helped us immensely when, a day before our home loan was to be underwritten, we still had not received the request paperwork from our insurance agent of 12 years. Afraid to lose our funding, and in a panic, I reached out to Stephany and she referred me to one of her insurance agent contacts. Not only that, but she reached out to him to let him know I would be contacting him and the reason why. This was immensely helpful as the agent was waiting for my call when I reached out to him and within an hour I had the necessary insurance paperwork to send to my lender. Because there had been a bidding war for the home, had I not gotten the required insurance paperwork, and thus not received the loan when the contract stated I am sure we would have lost the house to another buyer. I would highly recommend Park 46 and Stephany Jenkins to anyone buying or selling a home or rental property.

Stephany was just great. She helped us every step of the way to buy a house and we got our dream house because of her. She is professional but has a personal touch as well. She is equally vested in getting you the house you love and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her.

Stephany is a true advocate of her clients. At every single step - from searching to negotiations, closing, and even after the sale - she was courteous and very responsive. She knows the area really well and provided guidance and support that helped us to purchase a house we are happy with. Finally, I very much appreciated her optimistic and lively personality, which was great to get through the not-so-easy at times house-searching in a tough market.
