Stephany was our agent through both buying and selling a home. We were first time home sellers so that side of the process was very new for us. Right away Stephany made us feel at ease with her warm personality and extensive knowledge of the market. It was clear that she is an established professional in the area. We had a small hiccup with the buyers, but Stephany was very proactive in finding solutions. I wouldn't think twice about having her as my agent again!!

Could not recommend Stephany more! If you are looking to buy in the ultra-competitive east bay, she is your agent. Her professionalism, experience, and honesty made her the ideal resource for first time buyers like my husband and I. There is no substitute for the kind of knowledge and network Stephany has cultivated- from which neighborhoods you should target to the down-low on properties that aren't even on the market yet, her expertise is invaluable. Stephany recently handled the sale of our Pleasanton home. From start to finish she was 5 stars. Her knowledge of the market, connectivity to other agents in the area and her use of exceptional resources (photographer, stager, inspectors etc.) made selling seamless. Stephany does go the extra distance to make sure what is being looked for is found, or as close as possible. Very attentive to needs and cares about what is important to the buyers home interest. She knows the area she sells in as if she lives in near each neighborhood. Plus she is super nice and fun to chat with about living in the Tri-Valley area.

Stephany was our realtor to purchase a home in Pleasanton CA. She was super patient with our search, spanning over many months, and provided very sound and knowledgeable advice and guidance on the market, specific neighborhoods, home values, etc. in Pleasanton. She was also super pleasant to work with, was very thoughtful and responsive in our interactions, and continues to check in on us months after the purchase.
