About Stephen

Steve was born in the heart of Silicon Valley; San Jose. He attended Saint Francis High School in Mountain View and went on to attend St. Mary’s College in Moraga where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.



Steve chose Coldwell Banker for its dedication to excellence in technology, education, and marketing as he began his career. After a couple years working at Coldwell Banker Steve made the move to Alain Pinel Realtors in Morgan Hill. Steve was promoted to Managing Broker due to his success but found working with people is where Steve wanted to focus his real estate business and decided to get back on the streets after 18 months as manager. The opportunity to re-join Coldwell Banker came in spring of 2012. This move gave Steve the opportunity to team with the number one real estate brokerage company in the bay area as well as California.



Steve consistently earned the Alain Pinel Realtors President’s Roundtable designation and Top Producing Agent achievements and continues that tradition with Coldwell Banker. His clients include first time home buyers to those buying their estate home. He also works with developers assisting in the purchase of bare land and working with the Department of Real Estate to final completion.



His professional associations and designations are numerous. He is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Santa Clara County Associations of Realtors, South County Association of Realtors, San Benito County Association of Realtors, Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce, The Morgan Hill Economic Development Forum and is an active member of LeTip Morgan Hill. In January 2006, Steve received his Broker designation.
