Stephen Bilowus

Dedicated to providing the most efficient client-centered experience, Stephen Bilowus has an eleven-year successful portfolio as a Northern Virginia Realtor. As an Associate Broker, Stephen is is a co-founder of Higher Ground Real Estate with his wife, Mary Katherine. Stephen has achieved membership in the NVAR (North Virginia Association of Realtors) Top Producer Sales Club. A native of Fairfax, Bilowus has witnessed the transformation of the local housing market and has an innate talent for identifying profit-yielding properties. Through his tenure he is immersed in industry trends and marketing strategies, including the all important specifics on optimum seasonality sales and purchases. Stephen holds a BS in Finance from George Mason University, but is a pro with a hammer and no stranger to home renovations.

Stephen is honored to have graduated from the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Leadership Institute and has completed the Accredited Buyer Representative designation course as well as acquired the Military Relocation Professional Certification and Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification.
