We had had our condo on the market for some time with another agent with very few showings. Within a month of listing, with Stephen, he had more showings than we did in the year prior. Although the market was bad, he helped us get the unit seen. In the end, we decided to rent it and Stephen was great at getting it rented for us. He vetted potential renters and found a wonderful couple to rent our unit. Bye, sell, or rent, he is the best.

Professional, proactive, and engaged. Transformed a stressful situation into a positive experience. After 27 years with the NYPD, I had plans to retire to my home in Bay Crest Park, Tampa, a place I rented to a wonderful family for seven years. Then Hurricane Helene hit. My tenants lost everything. Expertise Meets Efficiency!
Our initial introduction to Stephen came when he represented a property we were interested in. As newcomers from out of state, we were captivated by the area but did not have local insights. Stephen quickly arranged multiple property viewings for us within a tight timeframe of flying in and back out.

Stephen did two back to back transactions for my wife and I. We decided to buy a townhouse for our son and at the same time sell a townhouse we owned. We made a non-contingent offer on the townhome we were buying. At the same time we enlisted Stephen to sell the townhouse we owned. Both transactions were completed within six weeks without a hitch. We received multiple offers that were significantly more than the asking price for the townhome we were selling. Then within a week of closing on the home we were selling we closed on the home we were buying. Stephen was a consummate professional throughout. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a hard working real estate agent, whether you’re a buyer or seller.

Thank You Stephen!! :) . I am so grateful to Stephen! I relocated to the Tampa area from CT and he made the process so smooth, easy and quick! He also went above and beyond and connected me with a realtor contact to sell my home in CT quickly so that I did not lose out on the home that I fell in love with. We were on a very tight timeline. He helped me navigate every step of the way and was very knowledgeable. He also attended my inspection, took videos of the house and property for me as well as attending the preliminary walk through on my behalf since I could not attend since I was still in CT at the time. Above and Beyond. I can't begin to express my gratitude to Steven and Renee for all their help. Moving from out of state is a difficult process.
