From the minute, I met Stephen I knew he was the right person for the job. Stephen contacted me after I had received a referral from my financial advisor. From our first conversation, it was clear to me that he was quite knowledgeable regarding the real estate market in our area with connections to motivated potential buyers. It was also clear to me that he had a good working relationship with other realtors in the area. One of his first recommendations was to do a very thorough evaluation of the local market to determine the best listing price. He also recommended that we have the house professionally photographing and staged. The house looked like a showplace. I couldn’t imagine anything else that would make it look any better. It was apparent that every detail was considered an addressed with the addition of beautiful furniture and accent pieces. We had several offers at the open house on the first day and five contracts were submitted with backup contracts that followed. Throughout the entire process Stephen was in close contact with me regarding every detail. He did all the work in simplified the process from the beginning to the end.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience due to his hard work and would recommend him to anyone.

Any time we sent a text or email, he responded almost immediately and always with useful, thoughtful information that helped move things forward. That level of communication gave us confidence that nothing was slipping through the cracks.

Stephen is also extremely detail-oriented. He anticipated potential issues before they became problems, and whenever we had questions, he provided thorough, well-researched answers. During home tours, he was meticulous in pointing out details we might have overlooked — things that could affect our decision but weren’t always obvious at first glance. His ability to notice and explain those details showed how much he truly cared about helping us make an informed choice.

We also appreciated Stephen’s professionalism. He struck the perfect balance during showings: giving us space to explore each home on our own while staying close by and fully engaged, ready to answer questions. And if he didn’t have an immediate answer, he made sure to track it down quickly.

Thanks to his guidance, we found several homes we loved, and Stephen was instrumental in negotiating effectively on our behalf. His advice and advocacy made a real difference in the process and the outcome.

What really impressed us, though, were the personal touches. At closing, for example, we had a small question about how the entrance gate worked. Stephen didn’t just shrug it off — he actually stopped by the management office to get the information for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed the kind of above-and-beyond service he consistently delivered.

We had had our condo on the market for some time with another agent with very few showings. Within a month of listing, with Stephen, he had more showings than we did in the year prior. Although the market was bad, he helped us get the unit seen. In the end, we decided to rent it and Stephen was great at getting it rented for us. He vetted potential renters and found a wonderful couple to rent our unit. Bye, sell, or rent, he is the best.

After 27 years with the NYPD, I had plans to retire to my home in Bay Crest Park, Tampa, a place I rented to a wonderful family for seven years. Then Hurricane Helene hit. My tenants lost everything. Expertise Meets Efficiency!

Stephen did two back to back transactions for my wife and I. We decided to buy a townhouse for our son and at the same time sell a townhouse we owned. We made a non-contingent offer on the townhome we were buying. At the same time we enlisted Stephen to sell the townhouse we owned. Both transactions were completed within six weeks without a hitch. We received multiple offers that were significantly more than the asking price for the townhome we were selling. Then within a week of closing on the home we were selling we closed on the home we were buying. Stephen was a consummate professional throughout. He also went above and beyond and connected me with a realtor contact to sell my home in CT quickly so that I did not lose out on the home that I fell in love with. We were on a very tight timeline.
