I have been selling real estate in Arizona since 2010. I have a network of investors that I represent, which means a few things. 1.) I know hot to negotiate the contract for you. 2.) If you want to update something in your house, chances are, "I gotta guy" 3.) If you're looking to sell, I might already have a buyer for you.

I'm very active with real estate. This is not a part time job for me, and if I'm not in my office working, I'm out looking at houses.

Finally, you should know that I'm as laid back or as aggressive as you need me to be. No pressure when we are looking at homes, but if I have to change gears to get the offer accepted or negotiated, I have no problem with that.
