After viewing about 50 open houses we happen to run into Stephen at his coworkers showing. This wound up being our second to last open house. Upon leaving and not loving the home, Stephen ran out to our car and told us about another open house happening the next day. His words “ I think this ones perfect for you guys “. Turns out he was right , we bought the house he refereed us to and we couldn’t be happier. He was not even our agent at the time but he went above and beyond to help us out. He is motivated and willing to work for you . Unlike most real estate agents out there who just want to show up when necessary, he is willing to put in the effort to get you what you’re looking for . I have recommended him to many people and going forward I know who my first call will be if I need an agent again.

Stephen was absolutely amazing through each and every step of the home buying process! While searching for a home he worked around our schedule, was punctual, very responsive and sent suggestions that truly matched what we were looking for. Once we decided on a home, Stephen went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed; making excellent and trustworthy recommendations for other key professionals such as a home inspector. In addition, we had a lengthy and complicated road getting to closing and Stephen stayed on top of everything; often acting as a liaison between the lawyers, our lender, and the sellers whenever appropriate.

Stephen's honesty and easy going personality made him wonderful to work with and we highly recommend him! You will not regret choosing to work with him!

Stephen made our first home buying experience easy. He was responsive, listened to what we were looking for and brought us to homes which met all of our criteria. Where do I start, I happened to connect with Stephen through Zillow and am I happy I did . After looking at countless homes and feeling defeated I thought I would never find a home I would like. Of course it took a couple of times that we went house hunting but within a month I found a home that I was able to put an offer in (which I am now in the process of closing or soon to be ). Stephen was so knowledgeable he taught me the differences between the styles of homes and what I really liked vs what I thought I did. He is always accessible via text Or a phone call and he is also VERY positive ! That alone gave me faith that I will eventually find something. Because it is a process! Stephen is the best i had three different realtors before him and I can honestly say that I am happy with my decision on the road to purchasing my first home with Stephen.
