Stephen is amazing to work with! He helped me during a very difficult time. When my mom passed, Stephen walked me through the process of selling her house. He was considerate and went above and beyond what a real estate agent should have, helping to see little things that needed to be fixed that I couldn’t see at the moment. He was considerate and sensitive to my emotional needs as well, knowing that selling my moms house was hard. Stephen checked on the house for me, since I was an hour away and made sure that it was secured. He fought to get me the best price for the house and to get it sold in a timely manner. I highly recommend Stephen Dunn for any of your real estate needs!

Over the years as a budding real estate investor, I’ve purchased and sold several properties. I’m very verse in dealing with agents on the personal side of real estate as well, as I’ve relocated through the years, as needed, to see my dreams come to fruition. In all my extension history Of interacting with real estate agents, throughout various cities and states, I’ve never encountered an agent that I felt the need to want to give repeat business to, like I do about Stephen Dunn. The services Mr. Dunn provided even have me motivated to accelerate growing my portfolio as he not only accomplished the goal at hand but also made the journey an experience to be desired. He’s honest in his experience and knowledge of real estate and areas he’s verse in or not. He’s open to learning what he doesn’t know and is willing to put in the extra work needed to truly learn what he doesn’t know. The areas he’s verse in he’s extremely knowledgeable. I can tell he took the time to truly understand real estate indent. He’s attentive. He fair and a balance. He took to time to understand my long term real estate goals and gave me advice that would be of my benefit and not solely advice that’s base driving the hugest commission at the time. I shouldn’t have to reference this but given my experience, it’s a quality I have to, he easy to communicate with. Having process this sale to Mr. Dunn, I will never use another agent for my buying or purchasing needs again. As long as he’s a agent, he has my business and that of anyone I can refer to him. I truly do feel, Mr. Dunn is the best agent out there.

Stephen Dunn is a GREAT Realtor!

He was so patient with my husband and I, as we searched for a home for 8 months. I had a vision of my new home and was not going to settle for second best due to the fast pace housing market. He scheduled walk-thru appointments in a timely manner, in this first come first serve market. Always on time for appointments, kind and courteous, knowledgeable, contracts in hand, ready for anything!
