Stephen Ferrandi

Stephen Ferrandi, founder and Broker of Record, has been actively involved in the sale of many thousands of acres of land throughout Maryland since 1997. He has advised farmers, landowners, investors, lenders, institutions, developers and homebuilders on smart and effective ways to maximize the market value of their land. A natural problem-solver, Stephen has represented landowners throughout the state in rezoning their property to increase density and improve market value. He also has worked to reclassify sewer and water designations, obtain Planned Unit Development approvals, text amendments, lot line adjustments, transfer of development right transfers as well as coordinating the sale of land for preservation purposes.

Stephen holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, where he has also served as a member of the adjunct faculty in The Business School. He holds the designation of Accredited Land Consultant from the Realtor’s Land Institute and is a frequent teacher, lecturer and expert witness on matters of land and development throughout Maryland.
