Steve is great! He helped us sell our home, and buy a larger one in the fall of 2021. We were quite particular about what we were looking for, having 3 kids, needing space to work from home, and wanting a house that was move-in ready. Steve found the perfect house for us, and he sold our previous home quickly, getting the price we needed. He negotiated smoothly and with no drama, with a difficult seller's agent. When my wife became sick just before closing and moving, Steve went the extra mile to help us figure out logistics, keeping everything on time.
Most of all, Steve takes on the right number of clients, so he can give each of them the attention to detail they deserve. I'd highly recommend Steve, and we would be happy to work with him again.

Steve did a great job selling our house at a difficult time of year. I was impressed with his commitment to getting the best price for the house, even though it meant more work for him.

Steve and his team did a great job preparing the house for sale and were involved in preparing the property for showings on an ongoing basis. Communication about the showings and next steps were consistently communicated.

Steve always had insight to share but gave us the final decision about how to proceed. Steve was able to accurately predict how things were going to play out and was always upbeat and professional. I recommend him without hesitation.
