I think Stephen did an especially outstanding job helping us with the issues that arose during inspection. He lined us up with an awesome, thorough inspector who came out right away. Stephen worked with the seller to get the contractor out to fix the renovation mistake and gathered several opinions about repairing another structural issue that came up in the inspection report. That helped us feel confident moving forward with our purchase. It was a tough time to buy at our competitive entry level price point, and he stuck with us with a positive, encouraging attitude until we landed “the one”. We are really excited about our new house and satisfied that we got a great deal in such a competitive market.

If you are interested in a quality, down to earth, trustworthy, and altogether awesome real estate agent I highly recommend Stephen Gause. Stephen is a long time Nashville area resident and has great insight into the pros and cons of countless neighborhoods within Nashville, Brentwood, Hendersonville, and Franklin. He is very professional, responsive to questions, and quick to return emails and messages, which made the real-estate purchasing experience efficient and exciting. Stephen also is fun to talk to which made touring different houses fun.

One of Stephen's greatest strengths is his diversity of talents. In particular, Stephen has flipped multiple houses before and that knowledge helps his clients make informed decisions when surveying household damage. If you plan to turn a room of a house into a music studio, Stephen has worked in the music industry and designed a few studios as well!

Maybe Stephen's most important character trait is his honestly and ability to discern when something is off in a listing. Stephen is not the type of guy who will recommend the easiest or most expensive solution but will instead give you all the options and help you meet whatever goal you set out to do. He has your best interest in mind.
