Steve Holt has over 20 years of real estate experience and is a licensed real estate broker with an extensive background in sales management, marketing, training, new homes sales, condominium and land development. He is the Vice President responsible for the operation, profitability and growth of the 5 offices located in Chautauqua County.

Steve is past board member of the Chautauqua Cattaraugus Board of REALTORS (CCBR) and has served as the Chairman of the technology committee. He has engaged in numerous successful community and philanthropic fundraising activities. He has spent years coaching youth sports.
