Stephen L. Hughes is the Owner and Principal Broker of H REAL ESTATE INC—a brokerage specializing in Senior Transition Housing, Probate, Trust, and Conservator Sales, both on and off market. The firm also handles Divorce Real Estate Transactions, as well as Commercial and Land real estate, with a focus on complex or non-traditional deals. Because of the complexity of such transactions, general real estate is very easy for us.
Hughes' passion for handling difficult transactions stems from personal experience—situations where specialized knowledge was critical and few qualified professionals existed in the Utah market. This inspired him to pursue advanced training, positioning him as a preeminent expert in these areas.
He is a Certified Senior Housing Transition Specialist and a Certified Probate Expert. Additionally, Mr. Hughes owns and operates the complementary businesses Ogden Layton Estate Sales and Utah Non-Legal Probate Services, extending his ability to serve clients through every stage of transition.
