In 2016 Steve Kellogg helped me sell a home in Palmetto Bay. Mr. Kellogg is the epitome of professional. He kept me informed from the day the property was listed until the money was in my bank account. He was very knowledgeable of the market, surrounding neighborhoods and comps. He worked tirelessly to close the deal and was always available to answer any questions.

We used Steve again in July 2019. We needed a new home for our expanding family... There is a two and three year old now! We were quickly outgrowing our home and were looking for a safe neighborhood where the children could run around and learn to ride their bikes, safely. Steve found our dream home in Coral Gables, in a neighborhood with very little traffic and very safe.

The house checked all of our must have boxes. We didn't need to change a thing, not even the paint colors. Our new home is inviting, warm and cozy. This is the exact home we would have built if we could have started from scratch.
