I am fortunate to be living a life of service. First, I was honored to serve our nation in the US Army for 26 years and now I am able to serve my community through real estate. I am a Northwest Arkansas native and a die-hard Arkansas Razorbacks fan. However, we had the opportunity to live in some amazing places like Hawaii, Kansas, and Virginia.
Loyalty, Respect, Selfless Service, Integrity, and Honesty are the values I was raised with and further engrained in me during my service. Those same values guide me as a Realtor. I pride myself in being patient, understanding, and responsive to the needs of my clients. I probably over-communicate at times, but I feel more information is better, especially when conducting the largest financial transaction of your life (for most people).
Throughout most of my career in the military, we bought homes that needed some love, renovated while we lived there, and then sold when we moved to a new duty station. I bring that unique perspective to the buying and selling process. I can help buyers see the potential in a home and I can advise sellers on improvements that create value. I use every challenge I experienced as a buyer and seller to educate, advise, and provide value to my clients.
