With more than four decades of real estate experience, Stephen is recognized as one of the San Ramon Valley’s most respected and accomplished real estate professionals. A second-generation Realtor®, he began his career in 1984 and has built a reputation for exceptional client service, skilled negotiation, innovative marketing, and successfully navigating even the most complex transactions.
Specializing in residential homes, investment properties, and land development throughout Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, Stephen combines deep market expertise with a genuine appreciation for the unique qualities of every property he represents. Over the course of his career, Stephen has personally closed more than $750 million in real estate sales. He earned his California real estate salesperson license in 1984, followed by his broker’s license in 1989. He later co-owned a successful brokerage with his brother, where they built a reputation for professionalism, exceptional service, and consistently outstanding results.
