About Stephen

Stephen B. Kiser’s childhood home was Kannapolis, North Carolina; he enrolled at NC State University, UNC-Chapel Hill and completed undergraduate studies at UNC-Charlotte where he lettered in varsity golf. Steve and Jane were married in 1969; he served in the US Army, then joined the Sea Pines Company in 1972 working in sales, marketing, and management for the company in Georgia, NC, SC, and VA. In 1984, he formed a privately owned real estate sales, marketing, development, management company with partners; the company successfully developed and sold 5800 acres of residential / commercial properties on Hilton Head Island, plus golf courses and all other amenities; other company project locations in the 80’s and 90’s included Lake Nona, Aspen Glen, The Homestead.

Kiser & Associates opened its office in Bluffton in 2005 and focused on buying, selling, developing, managing, and brokering properties for clients and friends. Church and community service activities are high priorities and baseline commitments. Steve has been a licensed real estate broker for 50 years in SC, NC, GA, VA; family time, boating, target shooting, fishing, driving a tractor and raising grandchildren are some of his passions
