Stephen helped my wife and I purchase a home in the western Chicago suburbs when we relocated here from out of state. He was the 3rd realtor we have worked with and by far the best. He knows the area very well and was happy to show us many properties spanning several suburbs so we could make the best decision on where to move our family.

Throughout the entire buying process I genuinely felt Stephen had our best interests in mind and represented them with the sellers and selling agent. He even ended up saving us $5,000 by rethinking my negotiation strategy, which ultimately took some money out of his pocket in exchange for doing the right thing for us. The entire buying process went 100% smoothly on Stephen’s end. However, we did hit some bumps in the road that were out of our control and Stephen went above and beyond to help other parties iron everything out. Besides his knowledge, expertise and experience, he works with a team of other highly experienced realtors, attorneys etc. who are available to help anytime.

When we are eventually looking to sell our home, I will absolutely use him for the selling process as well. We would not hesitate to recommend him to any of our family and friends.

Lastly, we used a large mortgage company for financing and ran into countless issues with them. For what it’s worth, I would recommend talking to Stephen about using a smaller, local financing company as I understand they are significantly easier to work with than the larger financing corporations.

My wife and I were looking to sell our home of 16 years in Woodridge to get a bigger place. We spoke to a couple of realtors before we spoke to Stephan, and he was super easy to work with and knowledgeable. He helped us get our place ready and made a bunch of suggestions that helped us save quite a bit of money.

My wife and I had some different items on our wish lists and ended up seeing about 50 houses before we found the perfect one for us. Stephan was there for us every step of the process with a level-headedness that helped when we hit a few bumps.

I have no reservations about recommending Stephan as a realtor. He's a great guy we didn't know before this started, but he took care of us like family and we're happy with our results- both in the sale of our home, and with this new amazing place we're calling home
