When I moved from Oregon to Arizona to marry my Arizona fiancee, I needed to sell my Oregon property so we could buy a home together. Steve had helped my now husband with his house search several years ago, so he called on him to help us with our search. Steve showed us several houses and explained the pros and cons of each. We found a house with a great floor plan and location, but, though well maintained, just didn't seem appealing. He helped us see how some minor changes (painting interior walls and some landscape upgrades would make the house perfect for us. Steve negotiated with the seller so that we purchased it for $10K less than our budget, contingent on me selling my Oregon property.which was already in escrow. The Oregon sale took much longer to close than expected and Steve kept the seller informed and our deal alive. The deal was complicated because the seller was Canadian. Steve took care of every detail and solved numerous setbacks coordinating the sale of my Oregon property, the purchase of our new home and selling my husband's house, which he sold for more than asking price. Steve went way beyond what anyone would expect from a realtor. We completed the changes he recommended and are delighted with our new home. Steve is an EXCEPTIONAL Realtor.
