Stephen Perna

In March of 2007, Steve and his business partner Matthew Frederick launched PernaFrederick, envisioning a full-service commercial real estate firm that would be boutique in size but offer a broad range of personalized services. Steve started his career with what is now CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm, where he spent 10 years. He then spent the next 11 years with The Arden Group where he established their Real Estate Services group and was part of their acquisition team.

Steve is a licensed Pennsylvania broker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Temple University. Over the course of his career, Steve has sold or leased over seven million square feet of office space. Steve credits his success to his work ethic, integrity, and his ability to develop long-term relationships and build cohesive partnerships. He has acquired a keen sense for understanding his clients’ needs and developing creative, cost-effective solutions. Steve is on the board of the Philadelphia Soul Charitable Foundation and is a member of UNICO, an Italian American cultural and charitable organization. Steve, a Philadelphia native, resides in Haverford, PA.
