Steve Priest is a great realtor and even a better friend. We have been working with Steve and his team for over 10 years now and we would never trust anyone else with our financial investments. Steve has helped us through the ups and downs of the housing market and has always done the one thing that we like most "He tells you what you need to hear...not what you want to hear at that time". In our opinion this is a hard quality to find now days especially in a realtor. Steve is a loyal hard worker who will always have your best interest in mind. I don't want to get to personal but Steve literally just had knee surgery and was calling me from his hospital bed about details from our deal that was pending. I would not be in my dream home without Steve. Prior to contacting Steve I was not able to even get a showing on my new home because sellers agent would not answer my calls. I had no realtor and no idea what to do but saw a house that I knew was a gem! It was a Friday afternoon prior to holiday weekend and I told a relative about no one answering my calls and she referred me to just the right guy. Steve answered his phone right away and got me in same day to see a home that had nine showings already on listing day. We found out it had multiple offers and were told we broke a lot of hearts when our offer was accepted. He knows this business and guided me with his experience/knowledge at every turn. Don’t mess around with these other agents if you want your dream home. He also sold my house in 24 hours. And as honest and personable as they come. Great guy!
