Stephen is amazing! I researched long and hard before selecting an agent. There are about 2 million to choose from in this area; a lot of them over their heads and short-sighted. I wanted experience, intelligence, common sense, knowledge of Single Tax Colony property, enthusiasm, and great negotiating skills. I was not selecting an agent just for me to still do all the work and for them to forget my name after the closing. Stephen took the stress out of the process (and it was VERY stressful!). He told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear, to help me see the big picture. His team is amazing, from staging to photos to signing on the dotted line. Most importantly to me, Stephen is in this for the long-haul, not the quick sell. When I say "my agent", I want to say that with heart and purpose, knowing I've also made a friend for life.
